Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart
Anne Celeste Heche is an American actor, who was renowned for playing a wide range of roles across film, television, and theatre. Her awards include a Daytime Emmy Award, a National Board of Review Award, and many others. Anne Celeste Heche, born on May 25, 1969, in the city of New York, and died on August 11th, 2022 in Los Angeles, was an American actress. From 1987 to 1991, she earned notoriety for her portrayal of Vicky Hudson's twin sister Marley Love. This led to two Soap Opera Digest Awards and an Daytime Emmy Award. The latter part of the 1990s saw her rise to prominence with the roles she played in crime dramas Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the film about horror I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer and the political comedy Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney Sept. 6 in 1953) is known as an American film actress. She is most well-known as Lieutenant Sheba in the tv series Battlestar Galactica ( 1978-1979). The actress' daughter is June Lockhart. Lockhart was a young actress at the time her professional career started. Her first role came to her in the age of four for T is for Tumbleweed. The film was nominated for an Oscar Award for the short film. Lockhart would be working on set with her mother, so that she was able to learn about the nuances of business. Lockhart was even a part of several episodes of Lassie. Dora in Jory, 1972 was her first film. At age 18 she played one of the daughters Joan Crawford in 1972 television show The Sixth Sense. Joan made her last appearance in the series. It is believed that Anne did not want to play the part as Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's 1978 thriller Halloween which was later cast for Jaime Lee Curtis. Carpenter stated it was Anne's initial option for the role, but she refused. Anne has no memory of having been offered the role with the name of John Carpenter or being offered the position. It is possible that an agent declined the role on her behalf, without notifying her. Glen Larson, who had given her the initial draft script of a part of the TV series Battlestar Galactica from 1978, at first, she was chosen. The character was weak enough to warrant her acceptance of the part. Later Glen created a brand new character exclusively for her featuring an even stronger character called Sheba. The Living Legend's first 25-page script was read by her, and she immediately endorsed it. The show lasted for just one season. Also, she starred alongside Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. She also co-starred alongside Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
